NewView Telehelp Counseling brings the convenience of personalized services provided at a location convenient to you through your phone, computer, tablet, or laptop.

NewView Telehelp is made up of a team of licensed and certified Behavioral Health professionals with a variety of backgrounds and years of experience who offer behavioral and mental health services anywhere in the state of Kentucky. Services include adult, adolescent and children’s psychotherapy and substance use counseling. Individuals, couples, and families who seek to improve a quality of life may schedule an appointment.

To set up an appointment, call 270-858-6655 ext 3379. You will be assisted to schedule an in-person visit or a Telehelp visit with your CFMC therapist. The receptionist will gather any necessary information and assist the patient with connecting to Zoom. Zoom is the HIPAA compliant telehealth platform utilized by CFMC to connect the patient to the counselor, it’s quick, simple, and gets you connected safely and privately.

After the Telehelp visit, the counselor will have the ability to provide a comprehensive care plan specifically for you. Insurance will be billed similarly to a traditional in-person visit with additional information to let the insurance company know that this visit was performed as a telehealth visit. Any co-pays or deductible amounts will be billed to the patient accordingly, just the same as a regular visit.

NewView Telehelp allows our therapists to provide quality treatment to our existing patients and creates opportunities to serve new patients while eliminating unnecessary ER visits and psychiatric hospitalizations.
